Giorno Giovanna? My name's Jacob Taylor. A friend of mine told me you got memories from a member of the Hornets I have some history with. I'd like to hear about what you've learned.
That's the friend I'm talking about, actually. She said you were planning to investigate. If you've got the Hornet's memories, it shouldn't be too hard to grab her.
Vicky McCall appears to be motivated by resentment of what she sees as the imPorts' unwillingness to use our abilities to better the "have nots." She compares us to the privileged wealthy.
[A short pause, during which Giorno is dragging those memories back up, and then...]
"They're just as bad as rich folk. They could afford to lend regular people a helping ahdn and they don't." This is what she said. She was unfolding a map of Castle Rock, Maine at the time - parts were highlighted in red.
I... did they ever literally carve initials in someone's forehead? I'm not sure how figurative the next part is.
When she mentioned carving on people's foreheads, she was also complaining about certain "fuck ups" being seen in Nonah. I'm not sure what this is referring to, but she decided at that time that the next thing to do would be to make a name for themselves, and quickly. That is the second memory of hers that I retain.
And third.... a person called Wendy Chen asked Ms. McCall to run away with her, but Vicky refused - she said they would be found and killed if they left. This as said shortly before their departure to... Maine.
...Ms. McCall remains free. She's in Brycha, Michigan.
Nonah was the first city the Hornets attacked. Targeted a train last year, did a lot of damage. Some of the bombers got spotted on surveillance. Maybe that's who she was talking about.
Anyway, thanks for the information. What's our next step? Do you know if anyone is already planning to catch her?
To my knowledge no one has targeted her yet. However... Ellie and I have considered approaching her. If you're interested, I'm definitely amenable to an alliance.
More like a pain in the ass. Swear loyalty to the military or stay on the sidelines- not a great choice. But anyway- will you and Ellie let the rest of us know once you've taken her down?

I'll tell you either way. It's mere curiosity that has driven me to ask.

Castle Rock, though. That's where I met her. When she and her friends attacked an event. Tried to kidnap people. What else do you remember?

But if you do go after her, good luck. And be careful. Vicky likes knives.
Voice call
I'm not terribly concerned about her knives. But thank you for the warning - it should be easier to avoid being stabbed in the forehead.

But yes, of course - I would never consider leaving concerns unresolved.
